How do I join a meeting?

To Join an active Zoom meeting there are a few different ways to go about it.

(Note: Before attempting to connect to a meeting make sure you using the web browser or Zoom app on the local machine and not the HealthWISE server, as your camera and microphone will not work)

Via Email:

Step 1: If you have received an email to invitation to a Zoom meeting via email, you should find a link within the contents of the email.

Step 2: Pasting the link into any web browser(on the local machine) will connect you to the meeting.

Step 3: You should now be connected to the meeting, Make sure your Camera and Microphone are working Correctly.

Via App:

When joining via the Zoom desktop app, you have the added flexibility of being able to use the meeting hosts unique ID.

Step 1: First select the Join option from the home menu, then enter either the link or unique ID provided by the host along with your chosen display name.

Step 2: You should now be connected to the meeting.
