No video in Zoom?

If you are experiencing video issues with Zoom, first make sure you are using Zoom on the local machine and not the HealthWISE server.

Step 1: Make sure any other programs that use webcams such as Skype, are closed.

Step 2: Open Windows 10 settings by navigating to the start menu then click on the cog near the power icon.

Select Privacy options

Then Camera settings

Once in this Menu select Change button and make sure the option is set to On, then make sure Allow apps to access your camera is set to On.

Step 3: Next we must change the Camera setup within Zoom. Select correct source camera for Zoom to use from the Drop down menu within the Zoom video settings.

Step 4: You can also change this setting in a live call, by simply hovering your mouse over the arrow adjacent start/stop video button in the bottom left corner of the call screen.

And also make sure you have selected the Start Video button inside of the call.
