Step 1: Place the document you wish to scan and send in the document feeder as you would normally would to scan an item.
Step 2: On the main menu select Scan and Send,
- Address book: for a list of saved, commonly used addresses.
- One-Touch: Used to send to commonly used addresses with predefined parameters.
- New destination: if you wish to send the FAX to a new number.
Once you have Chosen a destination select Email and not FAX.
Step 3: If the chosen destination is not recorded within the address book, you must select New destination.
Enter the Fax number followed be @send.gofax.com.au into To: field (for example: firstname.lastname@example.org)
- When sending a Fax to standard Australian Fax number, include the correct area code (02, 03, 07 and 08) before the Fax number
