Simple In/Out user guide and FAQs

Opening Simple In/Out:

  1. When logging into the HealthWISE desktop for the first time each day, the Simple In/Out webpage will open. If you have already accepted your invite and created a password, you should automatically be signed in.

!!! If you have not received an invite to create a Simple In/Out account or have an existing account but wish to be added to the HealthWISE company within Simple In/Out, please contact the IT Helpdesk @ helpdesk@healthwise.org.au !!!

  1. If you wish to open the Simple In/Out dashboard after having closed it, you can simply double click on the Simple In/Out icon found on the HealthWISE desktop:

Using Simple In/Out:

  1. Once logged in, Simple In/Out is unsurprisingly simple to use. Within the browser window it will consist mainly of 2 panels:

The left panel, which is where you set your current status such as working from the Office or working from Home.

  • Under the My Quick Picks section, you can see a past status for easy selection next time you login.
  • Under the Company Quick Picks section, you can select a status others within the organization have used.
  • By selecting the calendar icon above the option comment text-box, you can schedule a time you will be available and from what location.

On the right panel, you can see a list of other users within the organization and their current status along with any contact numbers they may have shared.

  • In the top right of this panel you may select to filter by different teams or offices, you can also search for other users.

I have not received or accidentally deleted my invite E-mail:

Contact the IT Helpdesk @ helpdesk@healthwise.org.au and we can send you a new invite.

How Can I reset my password?

You can change your password or any other account details by first logging in, then selecting Settings in the top right corner. Inside the Settings menu, you will find the option to edit many account details.

How do I add a contact number?

Can another user change my status?

Only Team leaders and Reception staff have the ability to edit the current status of others.
